Jamie Palma, MSOL
OWNER & COACH
I hold a B.S. in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, with extensive experience in non-profit leadership. My career began with a deep commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and those navigating mental health challenges.
Over the years, I progressed into executive leadership roles—including Deputy Director, Executive Director, and Vice President—before founding Via Coaching, where I now serve as Owner and Operator.
As a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, I specialize in guiding individuals through major life transitions. Whether navigating senior living, mental health concerns, divorce, retirement, marriage, entrepreneurship, launching a start-up, or career pivots, I bring both professional insight and a deep sense of empathy to every coaching relationship.
